چکیده

Abstract The atmospheric pressure low-temperature homogeneous discharge using helium and nitrogen, both known for industrial applications, was reviewed. In case of helium, metastable atoms (2 1 s 2 3 s) produced in the glow were able to dissociate mixed molecular gases produce radicals or atoms. Radical species undergo chemical reactions, such as oxidation nitration reaction form products on electrode surfaces. Applications including surface treatment plastic films enhance adhesibility with glue, weakening strength pressure-sensitive deposition solid material a flat plate powder surfaces, described. Moreover, microwave cost-saving carrier gas, introduced cleaning silicon wafer.

Low temperature atmospheric plasma for microbial decontamination

Low temperature Plasma (LTP) is a high-energy gas that is created when an electrical current is passed through a gas. Until recently, plasmas could only be created at relatively high temperatures in a vacuum and the use of plasma on sensitive materials such as human tissue, food products, medical devices and the packaging industry, was therefore impractical. However, over the last few years tec...

Influence of Atmospheric Pressure Dielectric Barrier Discharge Plasma Treatment on the Surface Properties of Wheat Straw

The effects of atmospheric pressure dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) plasma on the surface properties of wheat straw were investigated in this work. The surface wettability changes in the wheat straw were determined using contact angle measurements, the surface morphology was observed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM), and the chemical characteristics ...

Plasma-Assisted Reduction of Graphene Oxide at Low Temperature and Atmospheric Pressure for Flexible Conductor Applications.

Reduction of graphene oxide (GO) at low temperature and atmospheric pressure via plasma-assisted chemistry is demonstrated. Hydrogen gas is continuously dissociated in a microplasma to generate atomic hydrogen, which flows from the remote plasma to thin films of GO deposited on a substrate. Direct interaction with ions and other energetic species is avoided to mitigate ion-induced sputter remov...
